Our Commitment
We want you to feel completely confident when purchasing on riaaz.
This policy is designed to clearly and transparently outline your rights regarding cancellations and refunds.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time.
To cancel:
- Log in to your riaaz account
- Go to your Dashboard
- Select "Manage Subscription" and proceed with cancellation
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will continue to have full access until that date.
Partial refunds for unused time are not provided.
Example: If you cancel on the 15th but your billing date is the 30th, access continues until the 30th.
Refunds on Subscriptions
As riaaz provides immediate access to digital content, subscription payments are generally non-refundable.
However, a full refund may be issued in the following situations:
- A verified technical error resulted in an incorrect charge
- Purchased content was not accessible due to a platform issue
- You contact us within 48 hours of your first payment and have not accessed any paid content
To request a refund, please email [email protected] with your registered email and order details.
One-Time Song Purchases
Individual song purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted, as these are digital goods delivered instantly.
If you were charged but did not receive access, please contact us within 7 days. We will promptly resolve the issue by restoring access or issuing a refund where appropriate.
Failed or Duplicate Payments
If you have been charged more than once for the same purchase due to a processing error, please contact us immediately.
Once verified, duplicate charges will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
