Digital Delivery

riaaz is a fully digital experience.

All content — including song access, subscriptions, sheet music PDFs, and visual learning material — is delivered instantly upon successful payment.

There are no physical shipments. Your purchases are available immediately within your account dashboard at app.riaomshandilya.com.

Access to Your Content

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive:

• Immediate access to purchased songs or the full library (for subscribers)
• Downloadable sheet music from your dashboard
• Integrated visual learning (falling notes) within riaaz

If your purchase does not appear within a few minutes, please check your confirmation email (including spam folder). If the issue continues, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

Physical Book Purchases

If you have purchased the Classic Bollywood Melodies book through a third-party retailer (such as Amazon), that transaction is managed entirely by the respective platform.

riaaz does not handle shipping, delivery, or returns for physical products sold externally. Please contact the retailer directly for assistance.

Exchange Policy

As riaaz provides digital content, traditional exchanges do not apply.

However, if a purchase was made in error and the content has not been accessed, you may contact us within 24 hours. We will do our best to accommodate a one-time adjustment where possible.

Access Issues

If any purchased content is unavailable due to a technical issue on our end, we will resolve it within 2 business days.
